FRENDZ Returns Policy

At FRENDZ, we stand by the quality and durability of our bee frame repair kits. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Return

  • Return Period: You may return your FRENDZ kit within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that have been used, damaged, or are missing components.

  • Items purchased as part of a final sale or clearance.

Return Process

  1. Initiate Return: Contact us at gmoyle@xtra.co.nz with your order details and reason for return.

  2. Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to proceed.

  3. Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the return is a result of our error.

  4. Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your FRENDZ kit arrives damaged or is defective:

  • Please contact us within 28 days of receipt.

  • Provide photos and a description of the issue.

  • We will offer a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
